Heavy-Duty, Leak-Free Construction
Crafted from 14-gauge galvanized steel or optional 304 stainless steel, the MagnaFrame II is built for durability under the most demanding conditions. Capable of withstanding 30 inches/lb. of sealing torque at pressure differentials above 10" w.g., the frame maintains its integrity without warping. Mitered corners and a 1" Absolute sealing flange deliver an airtight, leak-free fit that ensures system efficiency and contaminant-free airflow.
Simplified Installation and Filter Changes
The MagnaFrame II is designed to streamline maintenance with built-in features that reduce downtime. Annular-based dimples automatically center filters during installation, eliminating guesswork and ensuring proper alignment. Pre-punched assembly holes make attachment fast and precise, while the swing bolt assemblies allow for secure, repeatable filter changes without the need for special tools—saving both time and labor.
Flexible and Customizable Design
Adaptable to a wide range of HVAC configurations, the MagnaFrame II is available in standard sizes, along with custom options to meet specific requirements. For additional versatility, an optional Absolute prefilter kit enables the use of both HEPA filters and prefilters in a single assembly.
