Controller
The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial management to support the organization’s goals. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and the ability to lead and mentor a finance team effectively. The Controller serves as a key resource for executive leadership and cross-functional departments, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Customer Service & Account Support
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct audits of financial processes and systems to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Lead development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Utilize accounting software for efficient management of financial data.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and trends.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, cash management strategies, and ensure liquidity for operational needs.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, analysis, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reviews with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making processes.
- Oversee treasury functions and cash flow management.
- Train and mentor accounting staff on best practices and financial management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including supervisory experience.
- Proven experience in a Controller or similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, debits and credits, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, ERP systems; Epicor Prophet 21 a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting processes, and technical accounting issues such as revenue recognition and accrual management is highly desirable.

Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting account-related needs in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The CSR serves as a key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure a positive customer experience.
Customer Service & Account Support
- Enter customer orders and quote requests received via email, phone, and in person into ERP system for processing.
- Provide accurate account information to customers, including account balances, transaction history, order status, shipment tracking, and pricing.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Territory Managers to build and maintain effective relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Research and identify specialized products within the product line to meet customer requirements.
Administrative & Coordination Duties
- Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendor contacts to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and remain on schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support workflow, priorities, and service goals.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
