Overview of Fiber Bond Dustlok 3-Ply Panel

The original Fiber Bond Dustlok 3-Ply Panel is engineered for strength, efficiency, and longevity in demanding HVAC systems. Featuring a progressive-density structure, embedded Spor-Ax antimicrobial, and self-sealing frame, it provides unmatched protection against dust, mold, and mildew. With MERV 9 performance, it delivers cleaner air and reduces system maintenance requirements.

Three-Stage Filtration

Each Dustlok panel combines three distinct filtration stages for superior performance. A coarse outer layer captures large debris, while a dual-density middle layer enhances depth-loading. The downstream adhesive-coated layer secures fine particles in place. This staged approach ensures longer service life, balanced airflow, and dependable dust retention in rigorous environments.

Built-In Antimicrobial

Spor-Ax antimicrobial treatment is embedded directly into the Dustlok media during manufacturing, ensuring lasting protection that won’t off-gas or diminish over time. This EPA-registered treatment actively prevents mold, mildew, and fungi growth inside the filter, preserving airflow and efficiency while supporting healthier indoor environments for extended service life.

Self-Sealing Construction

The Dustlok panel is reinforced with an internal wire grid and cross wires for strength, while its self-sealing frame design eliminates air bypass. This ensures all air is filtered through the media, improving reliability and preventing contaminants from entering HVAC systems—delivering consistent, high-quality performance throughout its operational life.
