Overview of American Ultraviolet CK Series UVC Kit
The CK Series offers a versatile approach to UVC integration for air handling units of any size. Its modular architecture supports multiple lamp types and lengths, making it easy to design a system that meets specific airflow and disinfection needs. Durable components, accessible installation features, and smart monitoring options create a dependable UVC solution for modern HVAC systems.
Flexible Modular Configuration for Any AHU
The CK Series can support up to sixteen UVC lamps from a single control enclosure, allowing facilities to scale their installation to match airflow volume and equipment layout. This adaptability makes it well suited for both compact units and large centralized systems. The modular design ensures users only include the components they actually need.
Durable Lamp Options
Users can choose from standard, shatterproof, or double-walled cell lamps in lengths between eighteen and sixty inches, giving full flexibility for coil irradiation or airstream treatment. Every lamp uses American Ultraviolet’s watertight socket design to protect against moisture and vibration inside the AHU, supporting long-term performance and reliable UVC output.
Simple Installation with Smart Monitoring Capability
Snap-in lamp clips allow quick installation and replacement without tools, and the available cable lengths support easy routing even in tight locations. The control enclosure provides clear LED indicators for each ballast and a dedicated power switch. An optional BMS relay output enables centralized monitoring through building automation systems for enhanced oversight.
