Engineered for superior particle capture and long-term performance, the Camfil 30/30 Dual 9 pleated panel filter uses dual-density media to trap both coarse and fine contaminants. Its reinforced frame, radial pleat geometry, and moisture-resistant construction provide energy-efficient operation and reliable protection for commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Dual-Density Media for Optimized Filtration

The proprietary two-layer media design features a white coarse layer and green fine layer, capturing a broad range of airborne particles while maintaining deep, even dust loading. This gradient density system sustains performance for 9–12 months, prevents premature clogging, and significantly reduces filter replacements, labor requirements, and overall lifecycle costs.

Rugged Frame and Industrial-Grade Support

A heavy-duty welded steel wire backing grid and 28-point high wet-strength beverage board frame reinforce the media pack, preventing pleat sag, flutter, or collapse under variable airflow or humidity. Permanently bonded diagonal members hold spacing, minimize air bypass, and ensure all air passes through the filter, protecting HVAC components and maximizing efficiency.
