Designed to replace traditional cube filters, the Series 440 features dual-layer progressive fiber media that captures large and fine particles efficiently. Heat-sealed V-shaped pockets and a self-sealing frame prevent bypass, ensuring consistent airflow and filtration performance. This filter is ideal for manufacturing facilities, assembly plants, and other demanding HVAC environments.

Advanced Two-Ply Media

The dual-layer progressive fiber media traps a broad range of particle sizes. Coarser fibers on the upstream side capture larger contaminants, while finer downstream fibers retain smaller particles. This staged filtration increases dust-holding capacity, extends filter life, and improves indoor air quality, reducing strain on HVAC components and minimizing maintenance frequency.

Self-Sealing Design

A 9-gauge wire perimeter secures the media in the frame, creating a tight, leak-free seal that prevents air bypass. All air passes through the media for maximum filtration efficiency, supporting consistent system performance while minimizing energy loss. PBT-32 “Never Dry” Tackifier
