Designed with a gel seal filter channel, roomside serviceability, and durable steel construction, they deliver efficient, maintenance-friendly performance for the highest standards in air filtration.
Features
- Gel Seal Integrity: A precision-molded gel channel on the upstream side of the final filter ensures a leak-free seal between the filter and housing, supporting critical cleanroom requirements and minimizing the risk of unfiltered bypass.
- Roomside Filter Replacement: HEPA or ULPA filters can be accessed and replaced from inside the cleanroom while the housing remains mounted in place, preserving ceiling integrity and reducing maintenance downtime.
- Roomside Adjustable Damper: The built-in damper assembly is accessible from within the room and mounted on a threaded rod with guide channel, enabling precise airflow balancing without disturbing the ceiling or disrupting cleanroom operations.
- Durable Construction with Cleanroom Finish: The housing is made of powder-coated 20-gauge steel and permanently sealed to a galvanized steel hood. All exposed components are designed to meet cleanroom material and fire safety standards.
