Shipping Policy

At Filter Sales & Service, Inc., we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered efficiently, accurately, and damage-free. Please review the following shipping terms and conditions that govern the shipment of products purchased from us.

Shipping Methods & Processing Time

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to process all orders within one business day. Shipping method and estimated delivery time will depend on the carrier and the destination. Unless specific shipping instructions are provided, we reserve the right to determine the most cost-efficient shipping method. Expedited shipping may be available upon request at an additional cost.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, quantity, and weight of the product as well as destination and method of shipment. For prepaid and add customers, additional handling or freight charges will be added to invoices. If a freight estimate is required prior to shipping, please request an estimate at the time the order is placed.

FOB Terms

All delivery orders are FOB factory or Filter Sales & Service warehouse unless otherwise noted. This means ownership and responsibility of the goods transfer to the buyer once the shipment leaves the designated shipping point.

Delivery Inspection & Claims

Please thoroughly review the product upon receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival. Any discrepancies or damage must be reported to Filter Sales & Service in writing within 48 hours of delivery or the claim will be denied. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered.

Backorders & Partial Shipments

In the event that one or more items in your order are backordered, we may ship the available items first. You will be notified of the estimated ship date for the backordered items. Additional shipping charges may apply for multiple shipments.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Filter Sales & Service, Inc. is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please verify all shipping information before submitting your order.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States unless prior arrangements are made. International shipments may be subject to additional fees, customs duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Contracted Shipping Terms

Contractual accounts may have different or special terms and conditions. Contracted customers should refer to the terms and conditions outlined within their sales contract.

Return Policy

At Filter Sales & Service, Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that returns may be necessary in certain circumstances. Please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original delivery date. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Authorization

All returns must be pre-approved by Filter Sales & Service, Inc. Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without prior approval or an RMA number may be refused.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% or more, depending on the condition of the returned product and reason for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an
error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-sized filters are not eligible for return. Please ensure that all custom orders are carefully reviewed and that the correct dimensions are selected prior to purchase. Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored. Upon review, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your account or your original method of payment, usually within 5–7 business days.
